General Information
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Method, Timing, and Delivery
Our products are shipped from Cave Junction, where our warehouse is located. While DMT Vape Pen Shop strives to fulfill orders promptly, a typical order may take an average of 1-5 days to ship. Please allow at least 15-21 days for delivery. Shipping charges are determined based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DMT Vape Pen Shop is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
DMT Vape Pen Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You can expect to receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
To initiate a return, please send us an email with the required information, and we will provide return instructions.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
